バリエーションと留意点
　幽門保存胃切除術（PPG）の適応となる早期胃癌に対しては，当院では積極的に腹腔鏡下手術を行っている．
　術後stasis予防のため，幽門下動脈だけでなく幽門下静脈を温存する．
