バリエーションと留意点
　腹腔鏡下肝外側区域切除は，腹腔鏡下肝切除のなかで最も定型化された術式である．しかし，ステイプラーの一括離断は肝臓の厚さの影響を受ける．
　腹腔鏡下肝部分切除はきわめて多様な術式である．切除する腫瘍の大きさ，占拠部位によって体位，ポート位置などの工夫を要する．
