バリエーションと留意点
　腹腔鏡下ヘルニア手術は，鼠径部切開法と比べ利点が多い^1〜5）．本稿では経腹的腹膜前鼠径ヘルニア修復術（TAPP）について述べる．しかし，TAPPにバリエーションが多く手技的に容易でないものが少なくない．具体的には以下などが挙げられる．
