【ポイント】
◆多臓器発癌はがん罹患数の増加や，診断・治療技術の向上により増加傾向にある．
◆多臓器発癌の診断において，FDGによるPET/CT検査が有用である．
◆FDG-PET/CT検査の限界をふまえ，各種検査と組み合わせて評価することが望ましい．
