【ポイント】
◆わが国の乳癌罹患者数は増加しているが，比較的予後良好であり，乳癌サバイバーも増加している．
◆乳癌発がんのリスク因子には，他臓器のがんのリスク因子と共通しているものが多い．
◆遺伝性乳癌が疑われる症例においては，卵巣癌や対側乳癌，他臓器のがんの発症に関する注意が必要である．
