癌性腹水に対するCARTと薬物療法

【ポイント】
◆改良型腹水濾過濃縮再静注法（CART）は，細胞成分に富む大量癌性腹水の処理に有用であり，積極的症状緩和医療となる．
◆CARTを施行すると大量癌性腹水が全量抜水可能となり，薬物療法の開始や継続が容易になる．
◆CARTの濾過膜洗浄液の有効利用法として，オーダーメイドの免疫細胞療法や抗癌剤感受性試験が考えられる．
