【ポイント】
◆肛門内圧検査とdefecographyは骨盤底機能の評価の基本的な手段である．
◆肛門内圧は通常，対象者を左側臥位とし，安静時と肛門括約筋収縮時の圧を測定する．
◆defecographyは座位で安静時，肛門括約筋収縮時，排泄時の骨盤底の変化を見る．
