【ポイント】
◆3D vector manometryでは放射方向の内圧を同時に測定するため，括約筋の部分的損傷や機能障害を評価できる可能性がある．
◆肛門機能障害の評価に有用な検査の一つであるが，正常と異常を明確に区別するものではなく，排便機能障害との対比はオーバーラップするところが大きい．
