【ポイント】
◆直腸脱の診断は愁訴，診察所見，怒責診で診断されるが，排便造影も術前評価に有用な検査である．
◆5 cm以上の脱出で全身麻酔が可能な症例では，年齢にかかわらず腹腔鏡下直腸固定術を行う．
◆5 cm以下の脱出では，Delorme法またはGant—三輪—Thiesch法を，ハイリスク症例ではThiesch法を行う．
