胃切除後の再建—BillrothⅠかRoux-en-Yか

素朴な疑問
　胃外科や食道外科では多くの先人が再建法の開発や工夫を重ねてきた．幽門側胃切除後の再建には残胃を十二指腸に吻合するBillrothⅠ法と空腸に吻合するBillrothⅡ法があり，輸入脚症候群を回避するのにBraun吻合やRoux-en-Y法が考案された．胃切除後の再建はBillrothⅠ法とBillrothⅡ法のどちらがよいだろうか．Roux-en-Y法がベストだろうか．
