【ポイント】
◆生検により得られる利益と生検に伴う不利益を患者ごとに検討する．
◆出血リスクだけでなく血栓塞栓症リスクを考慮し，抗血栓薬の休薬または継続を判断する．
◆上記については患者に対して十分な説明を行い，明確な同意のもとで生検を行う．
