【ポイント】
◆乳腺病変に対する生検法には「コア針生検」「吸引式組織生検」「外科的生検」がある．
◆乳腺病変に対する経皮的生検手技は，超音波ガイド下またはステレオガイド下でアプローチする．
◆術前薬物療法を考慮する乳癌症例において，コア針生検/吸引式組織生検は必須の検査である．
