【ポイント】
◆膵癌の病理診断にはEUS-FNAが第一選択であるが，閉塞性黄疸を伴う膵頭部癌では胆道ドレナージも兼ねてERCPが行われる．
◆自己免疫性膵炎は，膵癌と鑑別を要する疾患のなかで最も多く，治療法も異なるため，常に念頭に置く．
◆神経内分泌腫瘍ではEUS-FNAによるGrade分類が治療法選択に有用であるが，十分な検体量が必要である．
◆今後はEUS-FNAで得られた情報をもとに，膵癌の生物学的特性に合わせた個別化治療が行われていく可能性がある．
