GEP-NETの病理分類

【ポイント】
◆GEP-NETの病理学的分類はWHO 2010によりかなり整理された．この分類は腫瘍細胞の増殖動態に基づいた分類である．
◆WHO2010ではGEP-NETのG3はKi67標識率が20%以上の症例と規範されているが，治療への反応性，臨床予後などの点で今後細分化する必要があるとも考えられる．
◆MANEC（mixed adenoneuroendocrine carcinoma）はWHO 2010でも病理学的には十分整理されているとは言いがたいところがあり，今後のさらなる検討が必要である．
