【ポイント】
◆非機能性P-NETには常に遠隔転移のリスクがあり，大きさや腫瘍gradeに関わりなく切除の対象である．
◆MEN1患者の非機能性P-NETは膵機能温存を考慮して治療方針を決める．
◆切除に際してはリンパ節郭清を加え，より安全な術式を選択する．
◆G1，G2の肝転移は，転移巣の個数や分布によっては切除の適応を検討する．
