【ポイント】
◆担癌患者は貧血を合併することが多く，さらに化学療法による骨髄抑制作用により，大多数の患者に貧血が併発する．
◆Hb値＜11 g/dLで貧血に対するアセスメントを開始し，Hb値＜7〜8 g/dLでは輸血を考慮する．
◆通常，血小板値1万/μL未満の場合，また血小板値2万/μL未満でも出血のリスクがある場合は血小板輸血を考慮する．
