【ポイント】
◆胃切除後再建術式は切除法ごとに多岐にわたるが，それぞれの再建術式には解剖学的・生理学的な長所・短所が存在する．
◆再建術式を比較する場合，術式の違いに起因すると考えられる臨床的問題を明確にし，エンドポイントの設定を行う．
◆胃切除後QOL評価には，独自の質問票よりも，信頼性と妥当性が検証された質問票を用いるほうが望ましい．
