【ポイント】
◆胃切除術式を評価するための均てん化された評価法を確立し，胃切除後障害の実態を明らかにする目的でPGSAS-45が策定された．
◆PGSAS-45により，従来の質問票では検出することが難しかった胃切除後に特有の症状や生活障害が明らかとなった．
◆PGSAS-45を「共通のものさし」として様々な胃切除術式や手術手技の影響を調べることで，患者のQOLを保つためのより良い術式の選択や新たに改良された術式の評価が可能になる．
◆PGSAS-37（PGSAS-45からSF-8を除く）の結果をレーダーグラフに表示する「PGSASアプリ」は，胃切除後障害の検出や個別化した栄養指導にも有用である．
