【ポイント】
◆術前補助療法は，切除可能であるが局所浸潤が高度であり，切除してもがんが遺残する可能性の高い状態が適応の前提である．
◆術前治療は治癒率の向上あるいは生命予後の改善を目指すことが基本となる．
◆多くのがん腫でエビデンスに基づいた術前補助療法の確立が期待される．
