【ポイント】
臨床病期Ⅲ期肺癌に対して，
◆術前治療後の手術，または化学放射線治療が推奨される．
◆術前治療後の手術として肺全摘は避けるべきである．
◆術前治療としてはプラチナベースの化学療法か化学放射線療法が望ましい．
