【ポイント】
◆JCOG9907の結果から，シスプラチン＋5-FUによる補助化学療法は術後よりも術前施行が有効である．
◆より強力な術前化学療法としてDCF療法（ドセタキセル＋シスプラチン＋5-FU）が報告されている．
◆術前化学放射線治療が術前化学療法より優れている可能性があり，今後のRCTの結果が待たれる．
