肝細胞癌に対するneoadjuvant chemotherapy

【ポイント】
◆治癒切除可能肝細胞癌に対するneoadjuvant therapyとして肝動脈化学塞栓療法（TACE）が施行されることが多いが，いまだ再発予防，生存に対する有効性のエビデンスは実証されていない．
◆治癒切除困難・不能例ではdownstageを図り，切除可能とするための肝動注化学療法の試みがなされている．
◆肝細胞癌に対する肝移植では，術前治療によりミラノ基準内へdownstageすることの意義が報告されている．
