【ポイント】
◆臍部，ドレーン挿入予定部，人工肛門造設予定部を利用したReduced port surgeryは，手術操作も整容性も担保した術式の一つである．
◆sealing deviceを用いた中間位での血管処理，手順の定型化により手術時間の短縮が可能となる．
◆狭骨盤，肥満症例など骨盤内操作が困難な場合，肛門側からのPushback methodが有効である．
