【ポイント】
◆胆道癌取扱い規約改訂の重要なコンセプトは国際性で，ステージングをUICC/AJCC分類に準じている．
◆今後にむけての問題点と考えられる項目は“Japanese rules”としてあてはめている．
◆リンパ節転移に関しては，領域リンパ節を定義し，それ以外のリンパ節への転移は遠隔転移としている．
