POINT
■集中治療室で用いる心血管作動薬はカテコールアミンと非カテコールアミンに分かれる．
■心血管作動薬にはそれぞれの特性があり，それを理解して使用する必要がある．
■集中治療室で用いる抗不整脈薬はβブロッカーとアミオダロンが多くなってきている．
■抗不整脈薬の作用機序・副作用を理解して使用する必要がある．
