POINT
■アスピリン・NSAIDsなどによる薬剤起因性潰瘍が増加している．これらの薬剤使用にピロリ感染を伴った場合には3.53倍の潰瘍リスク増加がある．
■輸液や輸血などによって循環動態やヘマトクリット値，凝固系などの補正を迅速に行うことで，胃・十二指腸潰瘍出血に伴う死亡率の低下が得られる．
■非静脈瘤性上部消化管出血に対する第一選択は内視鏡的止血術であり，種々の手技と効果を理解することが重要である．
