POINT
■下血によるバイタルサインの変動に注意しながら，患者の年齢，併存疾患，治療歴などを考慮しつつ原因疾患の診断と治療を進める．
■MDCTは性能が向上し，0.5 mL/min以上の出血があれば検出可能で，出血部位の同定が可能である．治療法の選択や目的病変の推測には非常に有用である．
■大腸内視鏡検査は，診断と治療の両面から非常に有用な検査であるが，視野不良で出血部位の同定は困難な場合がある．このような多発大腸憩室症に対する治療法として，バリウム注腸療法の有用性が報告されている．
