POINT
■肝癌破裂は緊急の治療を要するoncologic emergencyである．
■治療は，①迅速な診断，止血処置と肝不全の予防といった急性期治療，②癌に対する治療，の2相に分けて考える必要がある．
■本邦で施行された全国原発性肝癌追跡調査データの解析により，肝細胞癌破裂例の予後が非破裂例よりも悪いことが明らかにされたものの，より詳細な解析については今後のデータの集積が必要である．
