WHO分類2010年版をふまえた良性肝細胞性結節の新しい考え方—その理解と対処のために

　WHO分類2010年版（新WHO分類）は，良性肝細胞性結節の様々な遺伝子変異と免疫染色所見を明らかにした有用な分類である．しかし，従来からの肉眼や組織形態を主体とした診断基準とは診断根拠が異なるので，形態診断と新分類での診断が相異する例がある．分類困難な症例の解釈や，個々の症例の病態把握には，肉眼的形態，組織所見，免疫染色所見，分子生物学的所見，背景因子を詳細に検討した個別化診断が有用である．また，限局性結節性過形成には門脈血流優位型や進行型という特殊型があることにも留意すべきである．
　本稿は，既刊の総説^1,2）の内容に追加・改訂を加えたものである．
