切除可能大腸癌肝転移患者に対する周術期化学療法の実態分析—京都大学外科関連施設癌研究会アンケート調査から

要旨
切除可能大腸癌肝転移に対する明確な治療指針は示されていない．そこで，現在の治療実態を調査するため京都大学外科関連施設にアンケート調査を行い，33施設から回答を得た．切除可能大腸癌肝転移に対し，手術先行か，術前化学療法（NAC）先行かについて，症例ごとに検討が21施設と最多で，手術先行11施設，NAC先行1施設であった．NACを行う場合，オキサリプラチンや分子標的薬を含むレジメンで行い，術後は分子標的薬を用いない施設が多い傾向であった．切除後の治療では，術後オキサリプラチンを含み，分子標的薬を併用しない施設が大多数であった．また，同時性・H2/H3・肝転移Grade Cなど再発高リスク症例に対して，より積極的にNACを行う傾向がみられた．
