【ポイント】
◆側方郭清に必要ないくつかのランドマークを理解し，郭清の範囲を把握することが重要である．
◆膀胱下腹筋膜，尿管下腹神経筋膜に沿った層で剝離することによって，機能温存しつつ，過不足のない側方郭清が可能である．
