【ポイント】
◆退院後に再度胸腹水が貯留する肝不全徴候を見逃さず対処する．
◆退院後に肝機能異常がみられることがあるので注意が必要である．
◆術後2週間以降に発生するような遅発性胆汁漏も存在するので，外来で見逃さないことが重要である．
