【ポイント】
◆大腸癌肝転移治療のgold standardは外科的切除であり，血管合併切除，門脈塞栓術などを併用し治癒切除することで予後の改善に寄与しうる．
◆肝再発，肺再発症例においても，治癒切除可能であればその予後は非切除群に対し良好であり，積極的に切除を考慮すべきである．
◆切除の可否，治療プラン決定にあたっては，肝臓外科医を含めたmultidisciplinary teamにより総合的に判断されるべきである．
