【ポイント】
◆大腸癌に対する全身化学療法の進歩に伴い，肝動注化学療法の位置付けは低下し，適応は限定的となっている．
◆肝動注化学療法が予後を改善しうる十分なエビデンスはないが，一部の状況では治療選択肢として検討する余地はあると思われる．
◆肝動注化学療法を施行する場合は，最大限の効果が得られるよう，適切なカテーテル留置と管理が必要である．
