【ポイント】
◆大腸癌肝転移に対する腹腔鏡下肝切除と開腹肝切除の前向き比較試験はないものの，腹腔鏡下肝切除の有用性を示す複数の報告が存在する．
◆腹腔鏡下肝切除は，大腸癌肝転移に対する治療戦略において有力な選択肢となりうる可能性がある．
◆術前に綿密なシミュレーションを行うことで，安全かつ確実な腹腔鏡下肝切除を行うことができる．
