【ポイント】
◆切除不能stage Ⅳ大腸癌に対する原発巣切除の意義はいまだ不明であるが，原発切除が有用な可能性がある．
◆肝転移に対する化学療法は，術後補助化学療法より周術期化学療法のほうが，現時点では有用である可能性が高い．
◆切除可能同時性肝転移症例に対する治療戦略として，これまでの治療とは別に肝切除先行（liver first）の概念がある．
