【ポイント】
◆系統的肝切除の有用性が示唆され，小肝細胞癌に対する肝切除とラジオ波焼灼術のRCTが進行中である．
◆肝動注化学療法および複数の新規分子標的治療薬の肝細胞癌に対する臨床試験が進行中である．
◆propensity score matchingコホート研究により腹腔鏡下肝切除術の遠隔成績が評価された．
