【ポイント】
◆胆道癌診療では，いまだ外科治療に関する前向き試験やランダム化試験に乏しく，臨床経験の蓄積がその診療の根拠となっている．
◆胆道癌の外科治療のランダム化試験を実施することは重要な課題であるが，ランダム化が比較的困難な領域であり，high volume centerを中心とした臨床経験の蓄積から胆道癌治療の標準化をはかる必要がある．
◆胆道癌の化学（放射線）療法において質の高い大規模な前向きの臨床研究を行うことで，より有効な治療法を確立することが必要である．
