【ポイント】
◆NETは2000年に病態概念の統一が図られた比較的新しい疾患であり，近年分子標的薬の有効性の報告が相次いでいる．
◆膵NET，消化管NETにおいて，機能性，非機能性，および大きさによってリンパ節転移の頻度が異なり，それぞれに応じた切除の範囲が推奨される．
◆肝転移に対する外科的切除術は，非機能性で腫瘍量が少ない場合，および機能性腫瘍の場合，血管内治療に比して良好な生存期間を示す．
◆本邦では全国的なNET登録事業がはじまっており，今後エビデンス構築を進めていく必要がある．
