【ポイント】
◆適切なドレーン管理のみで治癒することが多いが，胆汁漏出が減らない場合，漏出形態の把握が重要である．
◆交通型胆汁漏では内視鏡的胆道ドレナージが治療期間の短縮に有用である．
◆離断型胆汁漏では難治性胆汁瘻となることがあり，無水エタノール注入などの薬物療法を要することがある．
