【ポイント】
◆術中胆管狭窄をきたさないためには，術前から胆道の解剖を意識したシミュレーションが大切である．
◆解剖の認識と安全・確実な手術手技を心掛ける必要がある．
◆術中の胆管狭窄の確認には，胆道造影が有用である．
