多発性肝囊胞—ガイドラインに基づいた診断と治療

はじめに
　多発性肝囊胞（polycystic liver disease：PCLD）は肝実質に多発囊胞が発生する遺伝性疾患で，肝内胆管の形成異常が原因で発症すると考えられている．PCLDは無症状のことが多いため，医療機関を受診する患者が少なく，診療経験が蓄積されにくいため，その治療は手探りの状態で行われている現状がある．
　当科ではPCLDの治療について全国アンケート調査を行い，2013年に現時点での本邦におけるPCLDの診断と治療について『多発性肝囊胞診療ガイドライン』にまとめた．今回，この診療ガイドラインに基づいて，多発性肝囊胞の診断から治療に関してわかりやすく解説する．
