90歳以上腹部手術症例における在院死リスク評価法の検討

要旨
90歳以上の腹部手術症例で在院死の予後不良因子を推定する手術リスク評価法を検討した．90歳以上手術症例28例を対象とし，生存退院例，在院死亡例に分けて予後不良因子を検討した．術前・術中に把握される因子を用いた解析では，多変量解析でPhysiological and Operative Severity Score for the enUmeration of Mortality and morbidity（POSSUM）が予後予測因子であると推測された．ROC曲線による閾値は39.2であった．
