食道癌周術期管理における栄養療法—経腸栄養を中心に

【ポイント】
◆食道癌患者は通過障害などにより術前に栄養状態の低下がみられるため，術前からの経腸介入が重要である．
◆術後の経腸栄養ついては高度栄養障害リスク患者を主に対象とし，術後早期から栄養投与を開始する．
◆経腸（免疫）栄養は術後合併症の軽減のほか，感染対策や化学療法の栄養支持療法にも有用である．
