【ポイント】
◆チーム医療とは患者を中心として，医師だけでなく関連する多職種が対等に連携し最善の医療を実現することを目的にする．
◆食道癌手術は過大侵襲手術であり，その確実な遂行には多職種によるチーム医療の介入が求められる．
◆チーム医療を効率的に実行するために，クリニカルパスの活用や周術期管理外来システムの確立が有効と思われる．
