【ポイント】
◆ガイドラインの改訂により，腹腔鏡下幽門側胃切除術はcStage Ⅰの胃癌症例における標準治療の選択肢となった．
◆進行胃癌や胃全摘術などに対しての腹腔鏡手術は，国内・外の臨床試験（JLSSG0901，JCOG1401など）の結果が出るまでは臨床試験として行うべきである．
◆標準治療として腹腔鏡手術が選択肢となる症例でも，実臨床で適応する場合には各施設の技術レベルなどを鑑み，症例ごとに慎重に決めるべきである．
