Step1
Kocher授動術から上腸間膜静脈の確認まで
①Kocher授動術を頭側に進め，肝十二指腸間膜右縁まで切り込み，左腎静脈の頭側の膵頭神経叢に覆われた上腸間膜動脈根部を確認する．
②十二指腸を後腹膜から十分に授動し，右側からTreitz靱帯を開放する．
