【ポイント】
◆胆道癌では術前，術後ともに胆管炎対策が必要不可欠である．
◆術前には内視鏡的胆道ドレナージを第一選択とし，個々の症例に応じて適切なドレナージ法を追加する．
◆胆管炎は常に重症化の危険性をはらんでいるため，適切かつ迅速な診断，治療を行う必要がある．
