胆道癌と胆管内乳頭状腫瘍（IPNB）の異同

【ポイント】
◆IPNBは，2010年WHO消化器腫瘍分類で前浸潤性病変として提唱された，発癌・進展過程に着目した新しい疾患概念である．
◆膵IPMNのカウンターパートとして考えられており，粘液産生を呈することが多い，比較的予後が良好な一群である．
◆乳頭状に発育した胆管癌をIPNBに含めるかどうかは今後の検討課題である．
