【ポイント】
◆従来の肝機能評価法としてChild-Pugh分類と肝障害度がよく知られ，肝切除術の術前に広く用いられていたものと考えられる．
◆その一方で，ビッグデータに基づくリスク因子には，すべての術式で肝機能障害に関連する項目が含まれていた．
◆術前の肝障害に対する対処法は対症療法であるとはいえ，今なお日進月歩であり，術前のみならず術後の対処も有効である．
